ICT Technician

The mission :

• Spearhead the integration and support of software solutions for two key entities.
• Collaborate closely with the ICT manager on project planning, leading the implementation, testing, and follow-up phases.
• Analyze internal software-related inquiries, configure applications based on user needs, and ensure ongoing maintenance and improvements.
• Conduct training sessions, offering swift and efficient user support, and stay updated on the latest ICT advancements.
• Innovate and propose enhancements to improve the efficiency of the ICT department.
• Play a key role in ICT contract negotiations and contribute to the annual financial budget.

Your profile : 

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science.
• Proficient in various software tools, including KPD Bouwoffice, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, 3CX, Visual Planning, mpleo, VMWare, McAfee, etc.
• Team player with autonomy, excellent communication skills, and a driven, organized personality.
• Dutch proficiency with a solid foundation in French.
