Reporting to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing all IT-related matters in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Your Mission:

Shape the future with a roadmap for local business applications.
Lead local IT projects, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery.
Be the go-to person for IT requests, proposing enhancements for a better user experience.
Collaborate on budgeting, manage equipment, and handle licenses.
Provide top-notch user support and liaise with central teams for incident resolution.
Actively contribute to the deployment of new IT solutions.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's in IT with proven experience in IT Support within a Windows environment.
Proven ability to lead projects and manage operational conditions of applications.
Autonomous, dynamic, excellent communicator with a sense of responsibility.
Experience in managing outsourced IT and vendor relationships.
Fluent in French, Dutch is a very nice to have.
