The mission :

• You study and define the information system application development policy
• You participate in the creation of business application POCs (monitoring, making contact, organization, debriefing), as well as in application design
• You provide expertise, guidance and implementation policies for enterprise systems development
• You put in place an optimal development process to gradually achieve continuous integration, continuous delivery and continuous deployment
• You set up and monitor the common application layer and adapt it and provide usage advice
• You define and document good practices to follow during development (Secure Coding, Coding Guidelines, Naming Conventions, Unit Testing, Continuous Integration, Documentation)
• You supervise the monitoring of application standardization
• You advise and help set up services around Github and Azure DevOps Services
• You analyze and integrate application architecture trends into application development projects
• You organize and supervise the “Software Architecture Board”
• You supervise consultants

 Your profile :  

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
• You are proficient in the French and English languages ​​both orally and in writing. Fluency in the Luxembourgish or German language is an advantage
• You have a good understanding of coding and programming languages ​​on the Microsoft stack, as well as configuration and debugging of the “run” application layer (WebServer, DB Instance, Docker)
• You have experience in database design and data modeling (MSSQL and Oracle)
• You master the software development process and corresponding technologies, as well as the operation and designs of agile software development
• You have an excellent understanding of design patterns and architectural styles
• You have a good understanding of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) platforms and API Management platforms
• You have a good technical understanding of how computer interfaces work (Webservices, API)
• You are detail-oriented, have good problem-solving ability and good communication skills
• You have great autonomy as well as a spirit of initiative
• You are customer oriented and know how to exercise discretion
• You are a national of the European Union
